David Gray has today unveiled the video to his new single 'Back In The World' - the first and opening track to be lifted from Gray's forthcoming new album Mutineers (June 30 via IHT/Kobalt).
Shot in London, Cornwall and Romania, the film uses graphic film title sequences and multi-layered double exposures to produce a set of stunning images that reflect the main themes of the track. Gray stars in the film, alongside Keith Pryor, Maria Tsiatsiani and Leandro Palou.
Mutineers is Gray's first studio album in four years and will be accompanied by an eight-date headline tour, including a show at London's Royal Albert Hall on June 24. The dates follow a run of sold-out US shows across April and May and three sold-out intimate shows earlier this year at Westminster's Emmanuel Centre.
