Apparently the royalties won in a high-profile case against Alternative Tentacles Records still aren't enough: The Dead Kennedys will release a 1979 live recording today (March 9).
Live At The Deaf Club will hit stores today from Manifesto records. Recorded, as the title suggests, at San Francisco Deaf Club, the set was the band's last performance as a five-piece. The show, which will be issued in its entirity, contains tracks such as "Kill the Poor" and "When You Get Drafted."
