Dizzee Rascal has said he would love to perform at the opening or closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
The British rapper, whop hails from East London where the Games are based, said he was looking forward to next year's event.
“I'd love to do that. To perform in such a big stadium where I grew up, for such a big thing...this is the second Olympics in London ever,” he told BBC Newsbeat.
“I don't know when it's going to come back here, so it will be good to do it now.”
earlier this year it was reported that Muse and Coldplay had been asked to write the official song for London 2012.
