Dizzee Rascal would rather get people dancing than be a role model.
The 'Bonkers' rapper doesn't mind being regarded as an influential person to young people, but would prefer to make an impact on their social lives.
He said: "I hope I can inspire people, but more importantly I hope I can make people dance!
"It's looking like 'Bonkers' will be the catchphrase of the summer and that's good, I just like people being happy."
Although he encourages people to show off their fancy footwork, Dizzee – real name Dylan Mills – admits his own prowess on the dance floor is not as impressive.
He added to BANG Showbiz: "I couldn't dance like Michael Jackson. I couldn't pull off the moonwalk like him, that's some serious shoes to fill, isn't it? I would support him on tour though."
