Dogs Die In Hot Cars guitarist Gary Smith was knocked down by a car on Sunday.
According to a source close to the 'Godhopping' hitmakers, Smith was hit by a vehicle travelling the wrong way down the Great Western Road in Glasgow.
He rolled up the bonnet of the car, narrowly avoiding the ladders it was carrying on the roof before smashing the windscreen.
Fortunately, after being taken to hospital it was found that Smith has sustained only a sprained ankle and was fit enough to play Middlesborough Music Live festival the following day.
