Former Guns N' Roses member Duff McKagan has called reports that the band are set to reform in their original line-up “bullsh*t”.
In February, it was claimed the band were set to get back together with Axl Rose to play the half-time show at the Super Bowl in 2012.
But McKagan told Rolling Stone: “That's bullsh*t. Pure, unadulterated bullsh*t.”
He went on to reveal that he heard about the rumour after his wife read about it on the internet.
Asked what it would take for Guns N' Roses original line-up to reunite, McKagan replied: “We'd need seven gilded doves. I have no answer for that.
“I've got to come up with a good one though. We'd need a secret clubhouse...on an island.”
Guns N' Roses are still touring and releasing music, but singer Rose is the only original remember remaining.
