UK singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran will premiere his brand new single, 'Sing' tonight on Zane Lowe's Radio One show at 7:30pm.
The track is the first to be taken from Sheeran's second full-length album, x, the follow-up to his 2011 debut, +, which has reached multi platinum status across the globe. The track will be revealed on Lowe's BBC show, and will be on sale immediately afterwards - but not for fans in the UK.
Sheeran has apologised to homeland fans for the release day, writing on Facebook: "Apologies to those places, its just how the radio works, it has to go on pre order, but you guys should get a full EP in around a month. everyone else, look out for the single track tonight."
'Sing' has been produced by Pharrell Williams, and is a high-speed acoustic folk track, allowing Sheeran to display some falsetto vocals he clearly picked up in the studio with the 'Happy' hitmaker.
