Engelbert Humperdinck has recorded a duet with Elton John for his forthcoming duets album, due next year.
Scott Dorsey, EH Manager and Exec Prod, Elton, Engelbert, Graham Stokes, Conehead Records and Dan Wilson, producer of vocal tracks.
Engelbert's manager Scott Dorsey told Noise11.com exclusively that the Elton song is 'Something About The Way You Look Tonight'.
Elton first recorded 'Something About The Way You Look Tonight' for his 1997 album 'The Big Picture'. It was the first single from the album but then tragedy struck. His good friend Princess Diana was killed in a car crash in Paris and as a tribute Elton quickly re-recorded his classic 'Candle In The Wind' with new lyrics as a tribute to her.
'Something About The Way You Look Tonight' became the B-side of the Diana tribute single but went on to sell 4.8 million records in the UK alone.
Elton and Engelbert recorded this new version of 'Something About The Way You Look Tonight' in Los Angeles last week with vocal tracks produced by Dan Wilson (who wrote Adele's 'Someone Like You' and four songs on the new Taylor Swift album 'Red'.
Engelbert's duets album will be released in the new year.
