Charges against a 65-year man who picketed outside the Atlanta home of Elton John have been dismissed in court.
A judge has found that the man who protested with a sign reading 'Elton John Must Die' "did not warrant criminal charges" according to the judge.
Neal Horsley started his one-man protest enraged that Elton John has commented that he believed Jesus was gay. Elton said he thought that Jesus was a "super-intelligent gay man".
Horsely was arrested for making "terrorist threats" and used a website to also vent against the singer.
