Eminem has denied he is homophobic or misogynistic.
The rapper, who has been criticised for his lyrics over the years, said that he considers his music to be an artform rather than an indication of what he actually thinks.
"I don't have any problem with nobody," he told CBSnews.com.
He went on to attack parents who are concerned about their children hearing his music.
"I feel like it's your job to parent them. If you're the parent, be a parent. You know what I mean? I'm a parent. I have daughters. I mean, how would I really sound, as a person, like, walking around my house, you know [saying], 'Bitch, pick this up.' You know what I mean? Like, I don't cuss." He added: "Profanity around my house, no. But this is music, this is my art, this is what I do."
