Mockingbird features intimate family footage showing the rapper celebrating birthdays, Christmas and Halloween with his daughter Hailie, niece Laney and ex-wife Kim Marshall.
The clips of Eminem are taken from real-life home videos from before he was famous, reports the Splash news agency.
The song chronicles his life as a struggling father.
