Emma's second son Tate Lee was born in May, while Victoria had her fourth child and first daughter Harper Seven with soccer star husband David Beckham earlier this month and although they live on different continents, the former Spice Girls bandmates have been keeping in touch.
Emma told Britain's HELLO! magazine: 'As soon as we can possibly meet up, we will, that's how it's always been. But for the moment we're making do with emails.
'The fact our new babies are so close in age means we have lots to talk about, we've been swapping bits of advice and photos and sharing our excitement.'
Just as she is great friends with Victoria, Emma ' who also has a three-year-old son, Beau, with her fiance Jade Jones ' is equally close to the other Spice Girls.
The 35-year-old star said: 'After I gave birth to Tate, the first bouquets through the door were from Victoria, Geri (Halliwell) and Mel C. They came with little notes and that is always special to me, to get those from the girls.
'We always make time for each other. The relationship we girls have will always be special. Now our kids are friends too and as they grow, it will be wonderful to watch them all and the different stages in their lives.'
