The 37 year-old, who was arrested in August near her Los Angeles home, told JET magazine: 'I went to jail for a couple of hours and I was back at my video shoot the next morning. I am fine. I still have to go back to court.'
Aside from her legal troubles, the mother-of-four is preparing to star in a biopic about Florence Ballard, one of the original members of The Supremes. Poverty-stricken Ballard died in February 1976 at the age of 32.
'Not only does Faith look like her, she also is a powerful singer,' says Karen Spencer, who is the executive producer of the movie, entitled Blondie - The Florence Ballard Story, which is based on the book The Lost Supreme. 'I feel that Faith can bring out the drama in Florence's life.'
