MTV Unplugged will return with a stripped back acoustic performance from Florence + The Machine next week.
Florence Welch will be seen with The Voices of Rivers choir and a duet with Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme when the series returns on April 8.
MTV will produce eight Unplugged shows this year including a show with country star Dierks Bentley.
MTV Unplugged debuted in 1989 with Squeeze, Syd Straw and Elliot Easton (The Cars). It gathered momentum in the 90s after Paul McCartney's 1991 performance and subsequent shows featuring Mariah Carey, Eric Clapton and Nirvana that all spawned hit albums.
In 2011 the program featured 30 Seconds To Mars, Young The Giant, Mumford & Sons and Lykke Li.
