In an interview with US magazine Bust, the 24-year-old Florence And The Machine singer insists that the recent flurry of online reports are definitely not true.
Welch sparked rumours that she is engaged to Dazed & Confused magazine’s literary editor Stuart Hammond after she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger.
'No, no, I'm not,' the British songstress says when asked by the magazine.
'I have a boyfriend, but he hasn't even popped the question yet, poor thing. I was just wearing a ring on that finger.”
She added: 'I don't really think about those things.
'And then, suddenly, you're in a magazine and you're engaged, but we're not engaged.'
