After tickets for Foo Fighters' huge UK comeback show at London's Invictus Games closing ceremony went on sale at 9am this morning (1 August), fans have taken to Twitter to document the desperate scramble for tickets.
Announcing the news, Foo Fighters wrote on Facebook:
"Invictus Games, look out...THE FOO FIGHTERS ARE COMING. What a perfect way to finally return to the UK for the first time in years...been waaaay too long! Thanks for having us, it is truly an honor to come play for these incredible men and women. Can't wait to do our thing for you..."
Since tickets went on sale, many fans have tweeted their relief and excitement at securing their place, whilst others have had more difficulty.
