Futureheads release 'Radio Heart'

As 'Beginning Of The Twist' holds steady on the upper echelons of the Radio 1 playlist, The Futureheads are ready to go with their follow–up and pre-album single, 'Radio Heart'.

In true Futurehead form, it opens with clean drums and simple guitar riffs. Spot on minor-key harmonies adorn the chorus and the outro and give this catchy pop song an eerily dark undertone. It's a standout on the album, even amongst some tough competition.

Their third album 'This Is Not The World' is a pleasant awakening for many a fan and fence-sitter alike, as the band enjoy increasing media and punter support. Their live shows have also been hitting the spot nationally and across Europe since the start of the year. As they continue to do so, a full UK tour has been announced for May, plus invitations to play coveted slots on this year's festivals are coming in thick and fast.

The tour is preceded by a show at The Royal Albert Hall as special guests to Muse in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust on Saturday 12 April, plus three dates on the MTV Spanking New Tour with MGMT and headliners, CSS.

Having entered the Top 20 with 'The Beginning Of The Twist', 'Radio Heart' is set to push The Futureheads further up the charts in advance of the album.
