Geri Halliwell is said to have got her old figure back - in time to launch her first CD for three years.
The Daily Mirror says record bosses urged her to get fitter for the launch.
The paper says the former Spice Girl looked tanned and healthy as she celebrated her 32nd birthday with her mother Anna-Marie.
They were spotted at a restaurant in London's Holland Park.
The paper says her new look is a far cry from the time she was 'painfully thin' a couple of years ago.
