GIRLS ALOUD said they count their lucky stars everyday for their success.
The girl band said they still "pinch themselves" over the meteoric rise to fame since they won reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.
And even though their fifth album Out Of Control got to number one last year, the girls admitted that they didn't take their support for granted.
Speaking to the Sun, Sarah Harding said: "We've been told we wouldn't last past our first album but we have just stuck together and kept doing what we're doing.
"Now here we are, seven years down the line and about to go on our fourth arena tour."
Nicola Roberts added: "We still pinch ourselves and know that the career and opportunities we have are not something we will ever take for granted."
The group embark on their UK tour on May 5 and are also supporting Coldplay at Wembley in September.
The video to new single 'Untouchable', which features the girls dressed in black PVC and leather, premieres tonight on Channel 4 at 11.05 pm.
