Groove Armada have announced a pair of album releases: a Greatest Hits album released on 29th October; and GA10, a double-CD collection of rarities spanning their ten year career mixed by the band, released on 12th November. They will also play a full UK tour in November, including three nights at Brixton Academy on 15th , 16th and 17th November.
GA10's uptempo CD, chosen and mixed by Tom Findlay, includes a version of Easy recorded in an attic in N16; the original version of I See You Baby; and a version of Feel The Same As You never before heard outside Japan. The downtempo CD is mixed by Andy Cato and features a Groove Armada remix of Language Lab's Burning Disaster; a re-edit of Little by Little; and a Presence remix of At The River.
The Greatest Hits album includes a selection of the tracks that have allowed Groove Armada to sell over 3 million albums worldwide, have four UK Top 10 albums and perform shows in over 45 different countries. From the Grammy nominated Superstylin' to recent hit single Song 4 Mutya, and featuring the anthemic I See You Baby and If Everybody Looked The Same, their Greatest Hits showcases just why Groove Armada have made such an impact on the dance world in the last ten years.
To further celebrate their 10th anniversary the band will embark on a full tour of the UK in November, including three nights at Brixton Academy - echoing their residency at the venue in 2002, which still holds the record for the longest sold-out run at the venue...and the highest bar take!
