Head Automatica debut single

The hotly-tipped Head Automatica are set to release ‘Beating Heart Baby' as the first single to be taken from their widely-praised album ‘Decadence' on January 31st via Warner Bros. ‘Decadence' will also be re-released the week prior.

Produced by Howard Benson, and written by vocalist Daryl Palumbo (also frontman of Glassjaw) and guitarist Craig Bonich, ‘Beating Heart Baby' exemplifies the most vital and exciting elements of the Head Automatica sound. The track features Daryl's soulful, yet hard-edged vocal talents with a fiery punk-funk crossover melded with one of the most memorable choruses you're likely to hear.

‘Beating Heart Baby' is Head Automatica's first full single release, and follows the download-only track ‘At The Speed Of A Yellow Bullet'. Both songs are highlights of the outstanding ‘Decadence', which also features diverse talents such as producer Dan The Automator (Gorillaz), bassist Jarvis Holden (Give Up The Ghost), keyboardist Jim Grier and Glassjaw drummer Larry Gorman. Guest appearances come courtesy of Rancid's Tim Armstrong and The Weathermen's Cage Kennylz.
