This Autumn welcomes the return of one of Liverpool's favourite song-writing sons and a refreshing progression to a more natural, stripped-down sound which includes acoustic guitars, banjos and harmonies.
More recently associated with producing Mercury-nominated albums by The Coral and The Zutons, Tales Told captures Ian Broudie moving on to the next chapter in what has been an eccentric musical journey. ‘It felt like going home doing this album. Picking up a guitar and strumming. Dead simple.' Explains Ian.
