Grammy-award winner Jack White will stand trial for assaulting Von Bondies' lead singer Jason Stollsteimer on March ninth in Detroit. The Von Bondies' latest album, “Pawn Shoppe Heart,†is coincidentally being released that date, which reportedly has only added to Stollsteimer's annoyance. Although White is a force to be reckoned with musically, Stollsteimer can be assured that White isn't behind this attack on what should be a red-letter day for the Von Bondies. While the December fight went largely unnoticed by those present, it has had the effect of catapulting the Von Bondies into the limelight, which probably won't hurt record sales one bit.document.write(unescape("
