Overview
The 37-year-old, who is well known for playing the role of Cyclops in the first three X-Men movies, has signed on to star in the new film, which is being directed by Jake Schreier.
Sarandon, Frank Langella, Jeremy Strong, Liv Tyler and Liev Schreiber have already signed on to star.
According to Variety, Langella will play a book lover whose only friend is a librarian, played by Sarandon. He is leading a lonely life until his grown-up children bring a robot in to care for him, which leads to an unlikely friendship.
Marsden will take on the role of one of his children. Schreiber will voice the role of the caretaker robot.
