Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige partied at Naomi Campbell's 40th

Naomi Campbell celebrated her 40th birthday by partying with Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige.

The model and the two stars danced to a 45-minute set by the Black Eyed Peas at the bash held at the Hotel Du Cap in Cannes and organised by Naomi's billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin.

A source said: "Naomi was loving every minute of it, she had so much energy and was dancing all night. It felt more like a party for someone in their 20s."

Other guests included Grace Jones and model Eva Herzigova – who arrived by boat.

During the celebrations Vladislav – who earlier had 40 white roses delivered to his lover - paid tribute to Naomi, describing her as a "wild, wild woman" and his "great love".

A number of video birthday messages were also played to the catwalk beauty, including well-wishes from rapper P. Diddy and model Tyson

Beckford.

All the guests were treated to a special birthday dinner, which was accompanied by two specially created cocktails – the 'Campbelltini' and the 'Naomito' – while desert was a three-tier chocolate cake.
