Jennifer Lopez is buying a $10 million mansion in The Hamptons.
The actress-and-singer is reportedly set to splash out on a lavish summer home in the exclusive Water Mill, Mecox Bay, area of Long Island, New York, after falling in love with the 8,659-square-foot property.
The 43-year-old star has visited the house several times with her 25-year-old boyfriend Caspar Smart and her five-year-old twins, Emme and Max - her children with third ex-husband Marc Anthony - and was sold on its privacy , as it is located in a secluded cul-de-sac on three acres of land.
According to the New York Post newspaper, Jennifer has been on the market for a holiday home in the upmarket Hamptons area for quite some time.
A source claims she is 'serious about buying this time ... It's an amazing, great buy', adding the price is 'a steal'.
Jennifer and her entourage will be able to enjoy the mansion's eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as making the most of its private sauna, steam room and pool.
The 'On The Floor' hitmaker is also likely to be entertaining her family and friends thanks to her very own private theatre.
However, Jennifer - who topped Forbes' Celebrity 100 list with earnings of $52 million in 2012 - might not be wise to spend her hard-earned cash so freely.
It has emerged that a former senior producer at her Nuyorican Productions company is taking them to court for breach of contract.
Brian Schornak claims he was removed from the company's shows like 'The Fosters' and 'South Beach Tow' before being forced out and is now looking for financial compensation, according to Deadline.
