Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa is in trouble with the law and a warrant has reportedly been issued for his arrest.
The former American Idol judge had filed a lawsuit against Ojani alleging that he tried to sell potentially embarrassing home videos from their honeymoon.
Jennifer then attempted to recoup costs from Ojani associated with the legal charges but he failed to appear at a debtor hearing on July 26, according to RadarOnline.
If Ojani fails to appear at the next hearing on September 13 the warrant will formally be executed for his arrest.
Jennifer, 43, and Ojani have been battling it out in court for years as the mother-of-two tries to prevent the footage being released. They were married for just a year but divorced in 1998.
"J.Lo knows Ojani is flat broke," Jennifer's former business associated Ed Meyer told the site.
"Ojani has decided to never show for an Examination, and then get arrested in front of the world media."
Jennifer is now dating backing dancer Casper Smart following her split from estranged husband Marc Anthony.
