Jennifer Lopez "feels blessed" to have picked up a triple threat award.
The 45-year-old star was one of many A-listers to be honoured at the inaugural People Magazine Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel yesterday.
Jennifer received praise for her work as an actor, producer and singer and couldn't hide her excitement at receiving the gong.
"Whether it's acting, singing or producing, I feel so blessed," she gushed.
"I love to entertain. We have to cherish every moment. I feel like it's just the beginning."
Jennifer's The Boy Next Door co-star Ryan Guzman was on hand to give her the prize, and he couldn't help speaking of how in awe of her he is.
"She is the mother of two amazing children. I'm struck by her professionalism," he said. "She is a true triple threat."
The event was hosted by Nick Cannon, with the stars certainly seeming to have a good time. Michael Keaton was named best actor thanks to his role as a washed up superhero star in Birdman and gave a somewhat surprising speech.
"I'm going to by Jeff [Bridges] a shot of tequila, and I'm going to go home and kiss my dogs," he said.
Picking up the best actress gong was Jennifer Aniston for Cake, while Jon Hamm received the best TV actor prize.
There was music courtesy of Pharrell Williams, 5 Seconds of Summer, Maroon 5 and Gwen Stefani - who was also honoured for her dedication to fashion.
All areas of celebrity got a look in, with top model Kate Upton also walking away with an award. She was named sexiest woman, and she took the opportunity to give a shoutout to her brother and her boyfriend Justin Verlander.
"I'm so, so sorry to my 18-year-old brother. Poor David!" she laughed.
"Um, you're welcome, Justin!"
Proving she doesn't take herself too seriously the Sports Illustrated star had no problem reliving her least sexy moment backstage.
"Oh, this morning. It was ugly. I almost posted an, 'I woke up like this,' [photo] but I didn't want to be so truthful," she giggled.
