After performing onstage together at yesterday’s American Music Awards, the pair reportedly headed to a star-studded after-party at the Greystone Manor in West Hollywood, where they spent the night dancing.
The singer-actress, 42, recently sparked rumours that she is dating the 24-year-old dancer after they were spotted on a series of dates.
Lopez, who split from hubby Marc Anthony in July, reportedly left the celebrity bash hand-in-hand with Smart early this morning.
But despite their very public display of affection last night, the fledgling relationship is “hardly a serious thing”, according to US website Gossip Cop.
