Jennifer Lopez will reportedly refuse to draft a prenuptial agreement if she marries again.
The 43-year-old star is three-times divorced but apparently she's certain boyfriend Casper Smart is The One.
According to America's OK! magazine, Jennifer won't protect her reported $250 million fortune if the couple walk down the aisle.
The publication reports it's her way of proving to herself their love is real.
"…She's refusing to have her lawyers draft a pre-nup," the outlet reports
.
"Sounds silly, but it's her way of convincing herself her exes and the world that Casper is not just a rebound like critics claim.
"Making their love about love, and not about divorce money, is Jennifer's only way to say to herself that Casper is 'death do us part' kind of guy."
According to OK!, even Casper thinks it's a bad idea. The choreographer is apparently reassuring Jennifer he won't think less of their love if she changes her mind.
"Even Casper is insisting Jennifer take care of herself with a legal document," the publication reports.
Jennifer married her first husband, Ojani Noa, in 1997 but the couple split a year later.
In 2001 she wed choreographer Cris Judd. The couple were divorced by 2003.
Apparently Cris left the union with a large payout under the condition he would never speak about their relationship.
Jennifer reportedly isn't afraid to be litigious if he breaks their agreement.
"Cris got a payoff of $10 million. In exchange, he agreed in writing to never talk about their marriage in interviews, in a book, on TV, or anywhere. If Cris doesn't stay silent, she'll sue him to high heaven," the magazine claims.
Jennifer began dating Ben Affleck during her divorce from Cris. They became engaged but wedding plans were called off in 2004.
She married Marc Anthony later that year but he filed for divorce in 2012, nine months after announcing their split. She began dating Casper in October 2011.
Jennifer and Marc share two children, five-year-old twins Max and Emme.
