Getting a little exercise while supporting a good cause, Jennifer Love Hewitt strapped on her running shoes for the Dodge Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Los Angeles on Sunday morning (October 24). With the event taking place at Griffith Park, the former "Ghost Whisperer" actress was joined by new beau Alex Beh as the pair showed off their physical fitness during the lengthy west coast run. And while she's currently in tip-top shape, Jennifer recently spoke with OK! about dropping the pounds after being criticized following the 2007 fiasco in which she was plastered on websites and mag covers...
