The 31-year-old star recently appeared on US chat show Lopez Tonight and said she sat near the teen singer at the recent Golden Globes ceremony.
She said: 'I have Bieber fever, so I was very excited!
'He's so cute, he's so cute with his little dance moves and that little swoosh! I don't even know what that is but I love it and I want my hair like that.'
Lopez then told the star, whose film The Client List was nominated for a Golden Globe, she was too young to be a cougar and called her a panda but she had other ideas.
She said: 'I would like to be Bieber's puma!'
