Jermaine Jackson (now known as Jermaine Jacksun) is in hot water for the second time in three years over owed child support.
In 2011, Jackson was ordered to pay his ex-wife, Alejandra Jackson, $80,000 in overdue support for the care of their two children, Jermajesty, now 13, and Jaafar, now 17. Although he said he made no money in 2008, he somehow managed to come up with the amount, avoiding jail.
It appears that he has gotten himself back in the same situation now with TMZ reporting that he owes $12,000 in back child support of which he has only paid $85. The Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department has asked a judge to find Jackson in contempt of court. Without a payment, he could go to jail for twenty days.
TMZ also reports that Jackson bought a Ferrari last month for $160,000, so it would be hard for him to say he hasn't made any money lately.
