The couple were rumoured to have split after just under 12-months together, but Jesse told People magazine, 'That is absolutely not true.
The 42-year-old added, 'We're still going strong. Things are completely good with us.'
And LA Ink star Von D confirmed, 'That's the furthest thing from the truth.'
The pair announced their engagement in January and is planning to marry in summer on their one-year anniversary.
'That day can't come soon enough!' said Jesse, who met Von D shortly after his divorce from Sandra Bullock.
'Everything is on track. I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She's the one for me.'
