Joaquin Phoenix is a big fan of Kanye West.
The Walk the Line actor even went as far as to say watching Kanye perform was the most fun he's had since he was teenager.
Kanye is currently on The Yeezus Tour and has been making headlines with his onstage rants. But Joaquin says the show was amazing.
"I went and I saw his tour recently, I saw Yeezus at Staples Center, and it was the most fun I've had since I was like 14. It was such an amazing show. That's really the only thing I can say about Kanye, is that I saw his show and I thought it was f**king brilliant," he told MTV News.
Joaquin's latest movie, Her, tells the story of a lonely writer who develops an unlikely relationship with his computer, which has been designed to meet his every need in a futuristic Los Angeles.
The Spike Jonze directed film also stars Amy Adams, Scarlett Johansson, Rooney Mara and Kristen Wiig.
"We've seen some amazing things that have come out of it and some terrible things. I think it's kind of up to us and what we do with the technology," he said of the computer age.
"I thought it was really interesting and unique, that there was this great emotional center you could grab onto, that it wasn't too esoteric. There are these great big ideas and themes to explore but it felt totally accessible."
