The former Jonas Brothers singer is said to have bumped and grinded the night away at New York's Catch Roof restaurant with Jessica Pott on Sunday.
'Joe and friends arrived at Catch around 1am and he was trying to lock eyes with Jessica from the moment he saw her,' an eyewitness told Life & Style. 'He wasn't having much luck until a friend finally introduced Joe to her.
'They started dancing and Joe was smiling from ear to ear. After a turn on the dance floor, the duo cozied up on the couch together.'
The pair is believed to have left together in a group at around 3am.
