The former Jonas Brothers star was admitted to the emergency room at Los Angeles’s Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, where his rep says he was treated and released, but refused to elaborate.
According to TMZ, the 22-year-old was suffering from severe pain in his abdomen, while another source told Us Weekly that the cause of his illness was ‘food poisoning’.
Whatever the cause, he appeared to have made a quick recovery when he was spotted eating sushi with his younger brother Nick on Sunday night.
