Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz feel they're justified in defending themselves against the paparazzi. Representatives for Timberlake and Diaz say the couple was "ambushed by two men who jumped out of a concealed hiding place on a dark, deserted street late at night."
The two fought briefly with the photographer outside a ritzy hotel in Los Angeles. Diaz broke free and left with the camera. The publicists say Diaz took it, hoping it could be used to identify the men to authorities.
