Justin Timberlake believes the celebrity world was unified by the Help for Haiti Now campaign.
The 'SexyBack' singer - who was among a number of stars who took donations from the public during the live TV telethon – has revealed George Clooney, who hosted the event, was proud of everyone's contribution.
He revealed: "When George Clooney kind of came into the room and said, 'OK you guys, that was amazing,' everybody kind of got up and applauded.
"We were hugging and everybody kind of stood there and talked to each other for a while and so it was a feeling of unity. It was really cool."
Justin, 28, also revealed he loved taking calls from the American public.
He said: "I probably got more calls from New York… They were patching all the New York calls, I think, to me.
"All these 'SNL' references came out and we had some laughs. I had a good time talking to people."
More than $55 million has so far been raised by the telethon, which will go towards the relief effort in the earthquake-stricken Caribbean nation.
