Kaiser Chiefs made their US debut to a packed house last night in Los Angeles (January 11).
The five-piece decided to use their days off before joining the ShockWaves NME Awards Tour 2005 later this month (January 19) to introduce themselves to America at the Hollywood Boulevard club, Cinespace.
The band played a brief eight-song set, including upcoming single 'Oh My God', and 'Everyday I Love You Less and Less'.
The band also performed 'I Predict A Riot', which is currently the number seven most requested song on influential Los Angeles radio station KROQ.
After another show at LA's Spaceland one at San Francisco's Popscene tomorrow and New York's Tribeca Grand Hotel on Friday, the band head back to the UK for the sold-out ShockWaves NME Awards Tour 2005, where Wilson said he hopes to catch headliners The Killers.
