Kanye West pushes Black Sabbath off top spot

Kanye West pushed Black Sabbath out of the number 1 position on the British Album chart as 13 goes to number 2. It remains number 1 on the Rock Albums.

Also dropping just one is Rod Stewart's Time, which is spending its sixth week in the British top four.

Outside of those two veterans in the top ten, the only other news is the debut at number 83 of Dancer and the Moon by Blackmore's Knight. Their eighth studio gives them the highest chart position in Britain, surpassing the number 138 peak for 2001's Fires at Midnight.
