The cage fighter texted his estranged wife Katie Price to tell her he was off to hospital but a friend of Reid’s told The Sun that after receiving no response from his model wife Alex was ‘absolutely gutted by how cruel she was’ and the episode made him realise her feelings for him had totally evaporated.
"He thinks she is a heartless bitch." The friend told the paper.
The couple are living separate lives under the same roof at present after the curtain fell on their 11 month marriage.
