Katie Price is considering suing ex-husband Peter Andre over claims she has banned him from seeing her son Harvey.
The 32-year-old TV star is reportedly furious with comments made by the pop star that he hasn't been allowed to see the eight year old – Katie's child with retired soccer player Dwight Yorke - in over two months.
A source close to Katie insists the comments are "incredibly unfair", telling the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The fact is that Pete took forever to organise a suitable nanny who is capable of meeting Harvey's special needs."
Katie and Peter have two children together, son Junior, five, and three-year-old daughter Princess Tiaamii.
Speaking about his situation with Harvey – who has a number of medical problems - the 37-year-old singer said last month: "It's been over two months and I'm missing so much... Kate doesn't want me to see him until I have a specially qualified nanny she approves of."
Katie's anger with her former spouse was further increased when he expressed concern over apparent bruises on Princess Tiaamii's face in his new! magazine column and she now feels legal action could be necessary.
A source said: "There was the ridiculous story about the bruises and then the false stories on the ban on seeing Harvey. Now Katie feels seeking legal advice is her only option. Katie is referenced in nearly every article Andre does."
