Keith Richards makes up with `pouting` Mick Jagger after manhood jibes

Many insiders feared one of the greatest songwriting partnerships in history would be over after Keith's often stinging attacks on Jagger in his book, Life.

But Keith insists they have moved on - with a possible 50th anniversary tour and record being planned for next year - albeit after some 'pouting' from his lead singer.

Keith said that when he showed Mick a pre-publication copy of Life, in which he also calls him 'unbearable', 'the blue pencil was flying.

'Of course, he had a few issues,' admitted 'Keef' of the book in which he mockingly insists Jagger has a tiny manhood.

'He did give me a hard time throughout life. Trying to bring the man down to earth took a while and took a toll on me. I have great respect for the man. I love him dearly, quirks and all.'

He says they finally met face-to-face a month ago and made up.

'Mick pouted a bit, as is his wont,' Richards recalled.

'I told him, 'It's water under the bridge. I want to talk about the future. We're larger than a little bitching here and there. It's only rock 'n' roll'.'
