Stones guitarist Keith Richards is the new face of Louis Vuitton.
The guitarist is seen posing in a New York City hotel room with a guitar (Gibson ES-335 if you must know) on his lap, it's case on the bed next to him, skull cloths draped over the lampshade and even a skull on the bedside table.
The caption reads, "Some journeys cannot be put into words. New York. 3 am. Blues in C.
It is the first time Richards has ever associated himself with an advertising campaign, although in recent years the Rolling Stones have become more and more corporate in their tours.
He plans on donating his fee to the Climate Project, which was launched by Al Gore and is backed by Louis Vuitton.
Annie Liebovitz, who has shot famous photographs of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and was chief photographer at Rolling Stone Magazine from 1973 to 1983, photographed him for the campaign.
