Keith Richards has re-recorded a reggae version one of his 1992 solo songs and a Bob Marley classic with Natalie Pa'apa'a and Salvador Persico of Melbourne's Blue King Brown.
'Words of Wonder/Get Up Stand Up' was recorded for the Playing For Change project.
The Rolling Stones guitarist has reinvented his song 'Words of Wonder' from his solo album 'Main Offender' for the project as a medley with Bob Marley's 'Get Up Stand Up'.
Natalie Blue King Brown'Words of Wonder' features Roberto Luti and Titi Tsira and musicians from around the world. 'Get Up Stand Up' features Keb' Mo', Mermans Mosengo, Aztec Indians, Natalie Pa'apa'a and Salvador Persico of Blue King Brown, and Jamaican singer Sherita Lewis.
The music video also features a didgeridoo player identified as Norm from Sydney.
Playing For Change 3, a new 3CD album featuring 185 musicians from 31 countries, will be available from June 17.
