Overview
Nicole Kidman’s husband will have a polyp removed from his vocal cords later this month, and while the procedure is believed to be a minor outpatient one, he has to rest his voice completely for an undetermined length of time after the operation.
The 44-year-old has had to postpone his hosting duties for the third All For the Hall benefit concert on January 18, but his rep confirmed he will be sticking to some of his dates in the run-up to the surgery.
'Although Urban has had to substantially scale back his appearances requiring multiple songs, he will be honouring his pre-existing one-song performance commitments leading up to his procedure at the end of this month,” his rep told Us Weekly. “All other appearances will be rescheduled in the new year.'
