Just when we thought the 2013 Kids' Choice Awards couldn't get any more outrageous, Ke$ha took the stage to perform her hit "C'mon" on Saturday (March 23) night.
Although she didn't get slimed like Pitbull and Christina Aguilera earlier in the show, the glittery singer brought the action, beginning her performance on a backlit set while belting "We R Who We R." K grabbed a polygonal guitar and jammed out with her band, complete with a drum set and two other very rock 'n' roll guitars (Guns 'N Roses, is that you up there?).
Ke$ha quickly turned back to her pop roots, clutching the mic while switching to her latest song, "C'mon." Bearded backup dancers, looking more like retired sailors, strutted around the singer, who donned a patchwork fur jacket over a neon yellow T-shirt. She wore her toned-down blonde hair in a ponytail and danced among her nautical friends in platform sneaks — a tad different from the Willy Wonka-inspired suit she chose for the orange carpet.

"I don't wanna think about what's gonna be after this. I wanna just live right now," K-Dollar sang, embodying the carpe diem vibe of the night. Disco balls descended from above, making the venue sparkle and cooling the tone before amping it up for a grand finish, full of confetti glitter and booming bass.
Ke$ha will soon be embarking on a tour with fellow KCA performer Pitbull and will make her TV show debut on MTV for "My Crazy Beautiful Life" in April.
