Ke$ha is taking her animals along for the ride in the MTV docuseries "Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life," which premieres Tuesday, April 23, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, and a new trailer gives fans some insight into just how much access they're getting.
Filmed over a two-year period by Ke$ha's brother, the special gives fans an insider's look at the glittery star, who gets candid about living la vida loca. In a new trailer, which debuted during the season premiere of "The Real World: Portland" on Wednesday night, she admits, "This was the only thing I was put on Earth to do."
And we assume she means sing party songs, not just do cart wheels and open up about her "penis dreams." "My message is to give haters the finger," she says during a vulnerable moment in the sneak peek.
A week before the debut of her show, Ke$ha will take the stage at the Logo NewNowNext Awards on Monday, April 15. The show will be hosted by Aisha Tyler and feature an additional performance from fellow nominee Tegan and Sara. At the NewNowNext Awards, Ke$ha is up for a prize in the That's My Jam category for her single "C'mon." She's up against Bruno Mars, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Pink featuring Fun.'s Nate Ruess, Beyoncé's baby sister Solange Knowles and Tegan and Sara.
And Ke$ha never stops. Weeks after her NewNowNext performance, she will kick off her summer tour with Pitbull. The party starts May 23 in Boston before last call takes place on June 28 in Tampa.
